Yes.
Credica can receive your ledger information from any system on the planet. We really do mean “any”. Our clients have information coming into Credica from any, and sometimes many, of the following systems:
SAP, Oracle Financials, JD Edwards, Sage Enterprise, M3, Access, Baan, MS Dynamics NAV.
Even things like Excel and CSV files: if they contain useful information to you, then we want to bring that information into your Credica system.
Between 2 to 3 months.
Your Credica system will be configured to suit your business requirements, your chasing rules, your entire Credit department. All of the letters, invoices and documents that your Credica system will automatically create, will look exactly like your letters, invoices and documents.
The devil is in the detail. Our job is to make sure you have a system that gives you an immediate benefit, and an ongoing continual significant return on your investment.
A fully configured and implemented Credica system starts from around £1500 per month, where this cost does not increase as your customer base grows, so that your Credica system costs stay the same.
This is an interesting question, the short answer is “plenty”!
Reporting and analysis is implemented throughout our applications in the most appropriate way for each requirement. For example, Aged Debt information is fully integrated into the core Collections & Query Management system. So you don’t have ‘run’ an Aged Debt, it’s already everywhere and fully drillable – not to mention easily exported to Excel in 1 click.
Another example, if you want to find your top 25 worst customers in a particular part of your ledger, this will take you about 10 seconds.
Yes.
All of the activity performed by the Credit Control team is ‘part and parcel’ of the built-in diary functionality, so every action has a mandatory diarised follow-up which keeps an eye on all of your customer communications and makes sure nothing escapes your attention.
Yes, Credica works in the cloud OR can be hosted ‘on premise’ – it is your choice where your Credica system is hosted, this can be either of the following:
– Your own preferred Cloud provider (Credica is compatible with AWS, MS Azure and Oracle Cloud)
– On premise, managed by your own IT Department
We do not provide cloud services ourselves, we leave this to the experts in that field mentioned above, who we partner with to implement your system. They are good at what they do, and we are good at what we do – resulting in a great end result for you.
