Three stage implementation methodology
Stage 1 Problem definition
A Credica consultant will conduct a detailed analysis of the business, systems, people and procedures of the company. Based on our findings, we will then provide a comprehensive management summary, which includes our recommendations for managing payment queries and a business process plan to meet stated objectives.
Stage 2 Solution Development
At the start of this phase, a project manager will determine the detailed technical scope of the plan and be responsible for all elements of its development and delivery through to completion of the project.
Stage 3 System Implementation
The Credica professional services team will be onsite throughout the implementation to undertake the system configuration, as defined by the process plan, as well as full testing and onsite assistance for live execution and user training as appropriate or as included in a proposal.
